Announcing Alif ١

Today, we're announcing Alif ١.

There was a lot to learn from Batch 0 — we really were building the plane as we were flying it.

But as we made our way to Demo Day, it quickly became clear what made Alif special:

It was the people.

It was throwing a bunch of founders into an office together, knowing that each of them truly cared about the success of the other companies.

It was watching them as they celebrated each others' wins as if it was their own.

It was sitting in the room as some them - who had previously never even talked to a VC - pitched to the best in the industry.

That's why, for this next program, we're doubling down on the community.

Because it's hard enough to build something great.
